BLUETOOTH & HEARING AIDS

Bluetooth & Hearing Aids

What is Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is a wireless communication platform that uses radio waves instead of wires or cables to connect one device to another.  In hearing aids, Bluetooth allows all sorts of technologies (smartphones, iPads, computers, assistive listening devices, etc.) to wirelessly connect and 'stream' audio information directly to your ears!   When we can deliver audio information in its pristine form directly into hearing aids, there is often a noticeable improvement in understanding or intelligibility.
Whether you have hearing aids already or are thinking that you may need them soon, ask about ways to incorporate the benefits of wireless technology.  The future really is now!
